So you've entered what you think is your password and that hasn't worked.

Then you tried some others and that hasn't worked either.

So finally you try the 'forgot my password' link and it asks you a bunch of questions about your mother's maiden name or your first school but it doesn't accept your answers!

So where do you go from here?

Well here's the answer. You click on the link below for a Windows Live ID Validation:

They ask you a number of questions about your email account, requiring you to make reference to specific emails and listing some of your contacts so that they cna be sure that it's the right person they're giving a new password to. And then that's it, you're back in!

The hardest part of the whole process is finding the Windows Live ID Validation link in the first place, which is why, we've provided this article with the link included.
