Please note: We may recommend that we take a computer to our workshop to carry out services on it. Diagnostic tests and installs can take some time to run, so it may be more economical to do this rather than on-site where the engineer's time has to be charged. |

Problem evaluation / diagnostic
If you're not sure what the problem with your computer is, we can take run it through our diagostic tests on bench to find out where the issue lies, and then let you know what will be required in order to fix it. In some cases, it can be very difficult to pinpoint the source of the problem, in which case extensive diagnostics may be required. |

We can use our highly-regarded remote access software to dial in to your computer and fix the problem for you in front of your eyes. Sit back and watch it all happen! Broadband connection required. Pre-payment may be required via credit/debit card. |

Payment by cheque with guarantee card, credit/debit card or cash on completion of work. Please note that there is a 2% charge for credit card payments.
