If you're not sure what the problem with your computer is, we can take run it through our diagostic tests on bench to find out where the issue lies, and then let you know what will be required in order to fix it. |

If you've bought a new PC and want it set up correctly so you can just turn it on and start working straight away, drop it in to us (along with your old one if you want your files & folders transferred across). We will: |

Remote Access Fix
We can use our highly-regarded remote access software to dial in to your computer and fix the problem for you in front of your eyes. Sit back and watch it all happen! Broadband connection required. Pre-payment may be required via credit/debit card. |

Half-day and Full-day rates are for consecutive hours worked.
Software to be installed must be from licenced original discs supplied by client at time of repair.
Payment by cheque with guarantee card, credit/debit card or cash on completion of work.
Part payment in advance may be required in some circumstances.
For missed on-site appointments a 15 minute charge applies (excluding any call-out charge).
The fixed-cost services listed do not apply to some computers (eg. some all-in-one PCs, iMacs and some laptops). This is due to the complexity of their design and the resulting time involved in servicing them. We will always notify our customers in advance of the prices in such a case.
